Use systems to create habits.

A system involves setting a trigger and a routine. When the trigger occurs, a routine follows. Setting these up as a repeatable process will allow you to engrain awesome practices in your life.

For example, as soon as you brush your teeth you may want to floss.

Writing it down and reminding yourself of your systems will establish it as a custom in your life until it becomes so easy you will unconsciously floss.
